Clothes can be machine made, and in many places they are.
Whether the machines make the clothes as well as a tailor is another matter.

@scooogy They don't. You can research where you buy your clothes from to see if they're ethically made. Or you can thrift and buy second hand. Orrr make your own.

It sucks, but that's probably the best you can do. Support the good companies.
