Has men wearing heels and skinny jeans became????

Has this become more acceptable than last year? The reason I ask is I treated myself to a day out. I went window shopping and donated blood and seen a movie. I am so used to hearing people talking about me behind my back when I dress for a fun day out in town. Rude and hateful people need not answer unless you are respectful.
