I am wanting to wear this tomorrow.. What do you think?

I have wanted to wear this for a while and have been putting it off. I know it's odd but that is just me. Its going to be winter sooner than later and I have made the new years resolution to wear what I like. I made this deal with a friend on the net. She called me out to wear my stuff and send a pic of it. Should I wear them and honor my agreement or not? I do want to wear it but I don't. I am sure that you all know that feeling. That feeling that you want to do something but you are having reservations.
