“You have beautiful eyes” is the most pointless compliment ever

Realistically, have you ever looked into anyone’s eyes and thought “wow, those eyes are ugly”? I can’t imagine some eyes that wouldn’t be pretty.
Or maybe I’ve only ever met pretty-eyed people, or maybe I have really low eye appreciation standards.

well, some more stunning when they are framed nicely, or in contrast to hair for example blue eyes black hair. but yeah eyeballs themselves are pretty consistently appealing. it is a great go to when a girl you aren't partial to pushes for a compliment.(insecure girls do NOT read into this of someone says you have beautiful eyes it doesn't mean you are ugly to them)

@texasdaddydom yeah whoops maybe I’m breaking the hearts of some people who always get eye compliments, sorry people 😅 there’s also the huge possibility that the person saying it is too dumb to realise they all look appealing. They’re looking into your eyes in the first place which is a good sign 😆

There are some eyes that really draw me in. I find those extremely beautiful.
And there are eyes that are just eyes. Not ugly but I wont be moved to call them beautiful.
