When is it too cold for you to wear shorts?

Never. I'm a tough girl and if I want to go bare legged, a little chill will not stop me!

Usually around 50 degrees but depends on the chill factor.

When it gets down into the 50's

It always feels too cold to me. During the summer, I see others wearing shorts, but I still prefer pants

I'm in Canada, so never.

It depends on wind, clouds and activities as well as temperature, so that's not easy to answer. But whenever I start getting sweaty I'm comfortable in shorts and when I feel chilly it's time for long pants.

If I was a girl I'd wear tights all the time they look so good on legs!!

Is it school regulation or your own choice?

Maybe October although I often have worn short shorts later in the year.I Dont like wearing tights.

Never, I wear shorts all year. I never ever wore long trousers in my life.
