Would you rather...

have no hair anywhere on your body at all (including head and eyebrows) or triple the hairgrowth everywhere ?

With those choices, no hair. Eyebrows can be drawn in, though I'd miss having lashes... But I hate the amount of body hair I already have, and I have "light" hair compared to many.
