Dress or Skirt?

I like both, but dresses make me feel more confident

dresses are soo beautiful. but i am not thin so i cant wear so beautiful stuff

I like mini skirts with pantyhose and pumps, the shorter the skirt the better.

I've never worn either, but I almost think I'd prefer a skirt. It seems to me a dress would keep impeding me when I walk.

I dunno. I kinda like both. If I had to choose, probably skirt.
