I am immune to getting sick and resistant

There was a flu or somthing around.. Everyone around getting sick and throwing up hahaha xD!! Not me tho... And i dont take flu shots and I only got a runny stuffy nose which was annoying. but No throwing up. my immune system is strong because of the stretching and a silent mind calm mind. i also drank cocunut water. And im also able to visit unhabited planets when i close my eyes awake. I was never really one to get sick because i ran alot im light on my feet and i have the health of a gazzelle but mostly i run and jump like a gazzele... Cant catch me... Nor will the diseases.

Im not like the rest. Most go down among a million same.

I wonder a good remedy for nasuea. SWIM felt sick earlier and cold may be electrolyites are low?

I wish I had a strong immune system as I have lupus, which shattered my immune system. But I am happy for you and hope that you are able to live a long and healthy life.

@SW-User Lupus is an auto-immune condition, if you make your immune system too strong it wreaks havoc on you.

@cherokeepatti Thankfully right now it is in remission and my white/ red blood cell count is in normal range, so I am thankful for that.

@TimingQuasars You can’t tell by how someone looks whether they have lupus unless they have a severe lupus rash on their face. My daughter’s lupus rash was like pink blush, I could tell but others would think it was cosmetics.

@cherokeepatti You're absolutely right, the only identifiable way to determine if someone has full blown Lupus is a butterfly rash. I pray someday their is a cure for this awful disease.

@TimingQuasars It varies from person to person though. Like my daughter could be extremely fatigued and her rash wasn’t bad, it just looked like blush makeup on her face.

@SW-User My daughter would crave foods and things and I would get them for her. They would help and then I’d research them. She changed her diet and it helped quite a bit...green tea, curry spices, salmon, etc. She’d crave eggplants and eat 3 large ones a week and I figured it was helping in some way, turns out eggplants have a chemical that help with seizures.
