Some girls (Not all), but some of them. Should be fined lol For not at taking care of their, feet somewhat (With how they look). If they are going to be wearing flip flops / high heels / sandals / flats shoes (With the toe cleavage showing). Since I've unfortunately seen, some not well kept up feet on some girls during the Summer / Warmer weather outside.
