@SW-User no its not too common anymore but it still can be seen all over Ontario.

@Anonymartyr It's still seen here in Egypt too, not like a few years back though. I remember it being a trend in like 2006 (8th grade for me)

If they did that in tuxedoes you would have Egyptian penguins!
