Used to be Forever 21 as they were a bit classy, but low end as one time. Then they started making their size two size too small. A L fits a girl wearing a S on the big side. And they refuse to market XL as a normal size but rather place it in the 1X category- which is very wrong. And their styles for plus women are ugly! Now F21 is forgettable.
So now H&M but they pale in comparison to others-- Namely Maurice's which has been so great this past year. Even ANA at Penneys is better.

I can agree with you wholeheartedly friend! They totally have changed - F21 that is... I think their quality went along with the sizing you mentioned lol
When I was in my early 20’s they were cute, cheap, and trendy. Also I could wear them in front of my parents without feeling I was borrowing the clothes from the neighborhood hooker - know what I mean?
But alas, I don’t wanna go back in time... Just wanna but something that’s cheap, fits well, and in person so I can have it right then...@Elandra77
