Should I get my right tragus pierced?

I have 3 lobes on the left, 4 lobes on the right, right ear daith and industrial,

Left double forward helix, tragus, conch, upper helix

right nostril

Both nipples

I think piercings are beautiful and I say absolutely go for it. I got a double helix piercing last month and a nose piercing several years ago. I'm sure your new piercing is going to look amazing. 👍 ☺
