Is It Safe to Buy Something From eBay

When the seller has 160 positive and 4 negatives and sells %100 rip off/ fake merchandise, but you're getting it because it's $10,000 from the actual price?

i've bought more than 1000 times on ebay
check the selling feedback only not the buying
you can be sure you get what's on the description or you can file an ebay case and they always take side with the buyer

sometimes sellers do more than one listing for the same item
could be a bit different or just two listings
he looks legit
any seller with 0 feedback and selling expensive stuff for a cheap price is a fake
most of the others are legit but in the end they're normal sellers like me and you and coul'd try to cheat ,that's why ebay can refund anything
