How do you match a color on your phone to a piece of fabric?

I am making a cosplay and I am running into an issue to were I can't match the color of my characters clothes on screen to the color of the fabric I want to use. My phone has a glowing screen is not subjected to lighting changes, while physical fabric doesn't grow and change with the lighting. This causes me difficulty when I am trying to match the colors. Does anyone know a way how to get around this?

Addative and reflective colour is almost inpossible to match, this is your problem.
The additive colour must be converted to reflective colour, so print your screen colour from your fone to print on paper. Depending on the quality of your printer the closer ur match will be.

Well u cant turn fabric into led's, so best colour printer u can find sweety.
