I want to find a dress like this but for prom

The bottom of this one got scratched to shreds basically.

Oh, I remember my prom dress.....so shiny, glittery, sparkly, it was a dark midnight shade of blue with an open back, tell me why like a couple months later I saw Kaitlyn Jenner wearing it on a magazine. lol.
