Is it weird that I can fit into an XL and 1X in plus size?

What does that mean? Am I in the middle fit wise? Or... maybe I’m just in denial and XL doesn’t fit me at all?

speaking as a short; dumpy guy i have given up worrying about sizes.
An 'XL' in one brand is a 'XXL' in another !

@Picklebobble2 Yes it depends on how the clothing is made!

@xRockGlossPrincessx Possibly ! Like i say, i know if i buy one companies Jeans i'm going to be a large. If i buy another's i'll be an 'XL'.
It's not very helpful when sizes aren't standardized.

Sizes vary even in the same brand.

Depends on how the garment is made.

some stores do what we call 'flattery sizing' they want customers to feel good in their clothes so for many being smaller make them happier. I am a XL in nearly all things but old navy I pull on an L easy. Worry more about your health than the tags, it is more important.

@Mrsbetweenfatandfit Makes sense thanks! :) And you’re right, my health is most important! :D
