Any tips if I were to wear a bra and panties in public?

i wear panties under my trousers all the time and wear a training bra under thick shirts and sweaters in winter.

Put a dress on top.

Well, I doubt anyone would notice panties under your pants. A bra band and straps are a little harder to hide.

Or you could just wear a swimsuit

Wear a Dress over them or you may get laughed at.
