do you get to wear a dress / skirt and heels to work?

It's a summer job in my aunt's office but I feel required to wear a dress or skirt suit with heels. I always go out that way.

Being that I walk and stand 90% of the time, it probably wouldn't work out.

I don't wear heels. I do wear dresses only coz I can't find pants lol
