I used to do that with my little nephews and nieces and each one would take turns continuing the story where the other one left off. Stories would sometimes take unexpecting turns and I always had to make sure to dampen their imaginations so as not to make it too scary just before going to bed.
But we also played a different, yet similar game, where one would start a drawing, pass the drawing along to the next one that would continue with it and and at the end, the drawing was very interesting yet not at all as I had imagined it would be.
Sorry but they were not naughty since they involved children.

Nope. But I have read of various authors doing that with stories and artists doing it with folded paper. The Surrealists had a term for it, which I can't remember. :(
