Once upon a time a decade ago, Joel West, A co-host with Casey Noble a designer on the DIY series "Design on a dime" Joel had been a fashion model discovered working at a Dairy Queen in Nebraska. Gifted with gorgeous bone structure, a perfect body and a winning "boy next door" personality. Casey and Joel really made this series well worth watching.
