In sexual relationships it is common to come to think of yourself and your partner depending on each other exclusively for certain things... in ANR or lactation relationships they add a dimension of the woman being able to literally feed her partner.
@Davis35 Don't ask me, ask your partner... if you do think there's a problem with it, then maybe there is -- at that point I'd say talk to your partner or talk to a shrink.
@Davis35 For myself the answer is a hard NO. I am not into any kind of parent/kid kinks, not even simulations, BUT I totally would get into someone wanting to feed me their milk for sexual reasons not related to childhood or parenting.
