What is one thing you desire to do this year that you want to cross off your bucket list?

@Musicman Well, there are 2 friends who are agreeable to this. Both I have known a long time. One Canadian so a road trip along the coast. Other is an American in the south. Depends which one really wants to do this. No one else has suggested this. It was my idea. So hopefully this summer.

@PoetryNEmotion I never said it wasn't. But, if I am going on vacation I know I want to see and do things and have fun.

@Musicman That is what a vacation is for. And meeting people one knows.

@PoetryNEmotion Catching up with old friends can definitely be good, but I prefer that not to be my entire vacation. That's what my parents did when I was a kid. We would go see the grandparents. They lived 30 minutes from each other, but 850 miles from us. We spent half the week with each side of the family. Every day we would go see their relatives. There was no one for me to play with and I would have to sit there quietly and behave. That just sucked! Vacations should be fun.

@Musicman Well, I will go hiking. Visit sites. Shop. And visit online friends with whom I wish to meet in person. It is all good. Why are you going on and on about this? I know what vacations are.
