Where did the 10% Scandinavian, Norwegian and Swedish on my ancestry test come from?

My genetic communities were mostly from Tennessee, mainly Central Tennessee, Northeast Tennessee and Southeast Tennessee, Northwest Tennessee and also west Tennessee, I have some Kentucky and Virginia there too. not surprised I was happy.
