I almost got a heart attack last night

I nearly had a heart attack last night, I was doing some shopping outside with my sick two-year-old son
who was in a pushchair, my son had a very bad flu but still kept asking to go to the bouncy house, I was like okay what the hell let's go, and on our way back he slept in the pushchair since he was still sick, anyways I was walking and pushing him and I can't face him while he is in the pushchair, and this little child maybe 5 or 8 but short, came to us and started yelling Mam mam your son your son something is wrong with your son and he started pointing at his mouth then his mother shouted at him and told him to stop it, the place is very crowded and I am stressed, I look at my son and he is foaming in the mouth and I just check if his neck and everything is fine he had a slight fever but he was fine , I still took him to the pharmacist nearby who said we can't prescribe him anything he is fine you can just use viks vapor rup, that kid really scared me I thought my sweet Leo was dying but it was just from breathing through his mouth due to the flu while sitting on the pushchair, when I think of how that kid scared me makes me really hate children.
