Any eldest child with the biggest responsibilities in here? You still okay? How do you deal?

I’m the eldest, but as my youngest sister lives with our father, she and her adult daughter look after him. Although Pop is still very independent, I check in with him regularly and help when it’s needed, as do our other siblings.
