Everything smells bad

Suddenly I have a super strong sense of smell, the food I made last night the leftovers are making me really nauseous, I have been like this for a week now , everything smells , even my 3 year old son, I really hope I ain't pregnant, I barely made it out with this one, we are very careful always so I doubt it.

Well, welcome to my world, I guess. I had many episodes like this. I learned that it often has something to do with stomach and gut and also not enough fresh air. The worse my diet and less physical activity, the more likely I trigger this. I mean, I have strong sense of smell by default but sometimes everything starts making me sick and annoyed af.
