Struggling to find a comfortable position to sleep in

I'm 23 weeks and I'm finding back sleeping painful.

Tossing and turning from side to side irritating as my hips eventually feel like they're crushing into the bed beneath me.

And if I lay on my front baby keeps poking me to get off.

I cannot wait to meet this little one, but most importantly get to lay how I want.

I have a pregnancy pillow and I really h8 it tbh.

I have not used pregnancy pillow. I sleep on front, back, side, but no longer slept on front when I found I was pregnant. You are 23 weeks and I can imagine it being uncomfortable.

I no longer slept on my back around this time. Lying flat can press on inferior vena cava, major vein, and reduce blood flow and oxygen to baby. Sleeping on your side, especially left, is better.

I could rarely sleep on my right injured shoulder, but not much. I always have to sleep on my left now. sorry about your struggles
