✨ 11 Week Pregnancy Update ✨

I can’t believe we’re already at 11 weeks — it still feels so surreal! This little peanut is growing every single day, and I’m finally starting to feel a bit more like myself again (well… most days 😅). The exhaustion has been real, and the nausea likes to show up whenever it feels like it, but knowing it’s all for this tiny miracle makes it so worth it. 💛

At this stage, baby is about the size of a lime! Their little fingers and toes are fully formed now, and they’re starting to wiggle around in there — even though I can’t feel it yet, it makes my heart melt just thinking about it. 🍼

We’ve had our first few appointments, and hearing that little heartbeat for the first time was one of the most emotional moments of my life. It instantly made everything feel real. I can’t stop thinking about who this little person will be — whose eyes they’ll have, whose laugh, what their personality will be like. 🩷

Cravings so far: anything fruity or cold (popsicles have been my best friend lately), and random bursts of wanting pickles or mac and cheese 😂
Aversions: coffee (which breaks my heart a little) and anything too greasy — no thank you.

Emotionally, I’m just so full of love and gratitude lately. John and I talk to the baby every day, and it’s crazy to imagine that in a few short months, we’ll finally get to meet them. Every little milestone feels like a dream coming true.

I know the next few weeks will bring even more changes, but I’m soaking up every moment of this wild, beautiful journey. Here’s to week 11 — one step closer to holding our sweet baby in our arms. 💕

It’s the most exciting time for many, including me!

I envy you. When my daughter was born, even though I fell madly in love with her, I still missed her soccer kicks inside me. (Sometimes I could see the outline of her tiny foot).

Congratulations to you both!

Our daughter kicked so much in the womb that we nicknamed her "Pele."
