Please help me

I’m a 13 year old male. And to put it bluntly. My 13 year old girlfriend might be pregnant. I’m really really panicking. We’re both rather mature for our age. Which led us to explore and go past the boundary of just kissing and hugging. We had sex once. But I didn’t cum. And now 1 month and a half later my girlfriend has all the symptoms. She had a yellow substance in her underwear which is a sign of early pregnancy. She’s throwing up a lot. Having stomach pains. Missing her period by 2 weeks and craving things which is unusual for her since she has an eating disorder. She thinks it’s precum but it’s very unlikely since there was only a little on my “yk”. But I’m really really scared. We’re much too young for this. And her parents don’t even know about me. Their strict Muslim Turkish parents who would probably disown her or try to unalive her if they found it. Idk what to do. We don’t know 100% she’s pregnant but it’s likely. Please help me. I don’t wanna tell anyone or my family
