Years ago, my parents, siblings and I were watching "Alien" together and when we saw the scene with the alien bursting from John Hurt’s stomach, we all gasped.

My youngest sister asked,
"Is that what pregnancy is like ?"

Mom replied calmly,
"Pretty much."
