You can't get a cheeseburger in the country that invented cheeseburgers??? What's the world coming to? Is that your pregnancy craving - cheeseburgers? When my mum was expecting me, she had a craving to eat coal. Which still bothers me, even now I'm an adult.

I could be wrong, but I believe most fastfood joints can do their lunch menus while the breakfast menu is going on.
