And after knowing this I am very happy but having anxiety and overthinking... my mind is flooded with thoughts and my throat is always getting dry and i can't keep myself in control.

It’s natural, this is a huge think to create another life. And your hormones are going to change for the baby’s sake and that’s part of it I’m sure.
