I miss working out

Almost 34 weeks pregnant and i know im gaining weight under the baby bump. I cant workout and i cant be as active as i was and i comfort eat. I cant wait to have my daughter and its well worth the sacrifice but i also am excited to go back to running and getting my body back on track again 🙌 god i miss my running 🏃‍♀️ ❤

I think...not that I was asked...but I think having kids is a loving sacrifice mom's do for their children out of love. Meaning you took a brake from ur workout for example. Later when she's born you will most likely return to ur work out. Then some day when she's older you can share this experience with her. I'm sure you will return to your athletic lifestyle and some day that will make your daughter proud of you for all you did and the example you shadow onto her. Take mommy time off for now kids take over once they do arrive and then you can be ready.
