I miss working out

Almost 34 weeks pregnant and i know im gaining weight under the baby bump. I cant workout and i cant be as active as i was and i comfort eat. I cant wait to have my daughter and its well worth the sacrifice but i also am excited to go back to running and getting my body back on track again 🙌 god i miss my running 🏃‍♀️ ❤

Are you on bedrest? Why cant you get in the pool and swim? That's low impact.

@Starcrossed i could. I have to see if theres public pools in my area. Im just really nervous. Im very pregnant and i get winded easy and have sciatica but im not like obese by any means. Ive been doing pregnancy yoga at home to help.
