The contractions have started. This is really happening. Feeling scared and overwhelmed right now

@lostandalone You are never alone. Not really-although we may feel that way a lot. Just listen to your body and you will be fine.

thanks. this is just hard because its highlighting to me that i am alone. i don't have family. i will have to go through this alone. @Elandra77

@lostandalone Oh..In that came I am very sorry for you. Do you not have an aunt or a best friend that could be with you? Odd as that may be for them? You have my sympathy.
