I have given up. after spending most of the morning in the bathroom feeling dreadful i am heading home from school for the day.

Depending on how far along are you, the baby is pressing onto your organs to make room in the womb, which could cause you to use the restroom more often.
I don't know a lot, but try some water and rest up a bit. It might help.
