I Am A Pregnant Teen

Im 36-40 weeks pregnant. And my whole body hurts really bad. Especially my spine. I keep having contractions .. But i haven't lost my mucus plug and my water hasn't broken . I try to exercise as much as i can before the pain gets worse.. Any advice?

Look into hypno-birthing. My sister has four kids... first two she had in the hospital-- and the last two at home, and she says if she ever has more kids she will NEVER go to a hospital again. Homebirth is the way to go. They make it sound dangerous, but for most women it is not. Honestly after my sister's hospital births and the research I've done since then, I say hands down that hospital birthing is the most dangerous thing to the baby. What should have been beautiful experiences, were made into nightmares for her, both times. With her first born, they pushed an unnecessary C-section on her. With her second, it was completely rushed. Also, aside from medical malpractice in hospitals, it's just not natural to give birth on your back. Her water births at home were so much easier on her, she says it's the difference between night and day.

Also please research vaccines... If you do have your baby in the hospital, chances are they will try to push the Hep B vaccine on the baby, within hours.
Take a look at the various ingredients of vaccines on the CDC's website here:
http://www.cdc.gov/vaccines/pubs/pinkbook/downloads/appendices/B/excipient-table-2.pdf
We are told vaccines are necessary, but our children are becoming sicker and sicker, with nearly 50% of all children suffering some sort of chronic illness today. The USA has one of the highest infant mortality rates among other developed nations.
Viruses are meant to come in through the eyes, nose, mouth.... Not injected straight into the body, bypassing all the body's natural defense barriers.
The healthiest and sharpest children I know have not been vaccinated.
Doctors bully us into it, but most of them have never even read a vaccine package insert, and their actual education on vaccines in medical school is minimal (and VERY biased-- with much of their information on vaccines coming from the pharmaceutical companies themselves). They say reactions are extremely rare, but that is absolutely not true.
I would be more than happy to share some more of my sources with you if you would like. :-)
