I Love To Pretend To Be Extremely Pregnant

So tomorrow if my sister doesn't go with my mom do my grandmas in the morning I might be able I tell my sister. Only problem is I don't know what to say or how to bring it up. Does anyone have advice for how I should tell my sister?
