I Am Pregnant

13+1, second attempt at a scan and baby was still bouncing around today, flipping upside down, waving arms and legs and crashing all over the place 😂 it's a miracle we got any measurements at all!

My next dilemma is, do I tell facebook? I'm so scared something will go wrong and I also never post anything on there anyway. I also have a blood thing where it might end up having some problems with growth in the 3rd trimester. But I also have all of my partner's relatives overseas and it might make it a little more real for me. Hmmm :/

Forget FB. You cannot jinx a pregnancy. Can you Skype with the partner's relatives overseas? It will become more real when you feel your baby move around (typically around 16 weeks) and when you become bigger. Congratulations. Will you find the sex of your baby or wait and be surprised?

@PoetryNEmotion That's the tricky bit. All his immediate family knew from a bit earlier and my mother in law is being quite casual about it haha. I don't know whether his slightly less immediate family will want to know, but I've never met them so skype would be weird. If I did post anything it would be totally not over the top or cheesy.

I can feel something already, I swear! 😂 little bubbles, I have a really wriggly one in there. We are going to find out, I'm way to impatient and it won't spoil anything for us. I'm convinced it's a boy though

@Starsandfire Pregnancy is complicated. I suggest you follow what you think is right for you. Why is she casual? Don't worry about other people. It is about you, your baby, and your partner.
You likely can. It is wild how it feels to grow a baby born from love inside you. And all the hormones too! LOL. Gender reveals are popular now. Good luck. And enjoy.

@PoetryNEmotion It's our first child but her fourth grandchild maybe? Ugh, no gender reveal/baby shower for me, just knowing is enough. I'm shy!🤣

@Starsandfire To my knowledge, the thrill of a new grandbaby never lessens. I don't have any. It is fine to be shy. Just as long as your baby is healthy. :)
