is it normal for my dad to cuss at us for spilling a drink or forgetting medicine?

he has the tendency to yell and curse at me and my brothers when we do something accidentally or forget something, im starting to think hes embarassed of us in public becuse of it

I'd say that is normal dad stuff. My dad use to throw my moms crystal candy dishes at my head when I refused to let him use my asthma inhaler.

@ErinFrisk: Feels bad man, all you can really do is keep your head down and your feet quick when things start flying. Although if you are having trouble remembering things you could try reading books to help out. I use to forget things almost as soon as I was told it until I started reading regularly. I don't know why but it does help the ol ramen noodles in your head.

@Kat511: It is normal for someone who had that happen every week. Although I don't blame him anymore, he needed help with his mental heath. Once he finally got it he became a great person.

My father was a hot head too. I just ignored it knew there was nothing wrong with me and he lightened up when he got old.
