Do you think I should leave my 13 year old son home alone tomorrow to watch his three younger siblings?

GlassDog · 46-50, M
In the UK, it's legal to leave children home alone if they are 13 or over. At some point, you have to start giving him more responsibility too. Do you have someone who can keep a discrete eye on him. That way, if anything does go wrong, it can be dealt with by an adult. If nothing does, he gains some sense of responsibility.

Nope

@Daniela27: In that case, I guess it's even more important that your son starts becoming more responsible and helping out.

Yea I agree

How responsible is your son?
Daniela27 · 36-40, F
Well not very tbh but I have to work on short notice tomorrow at 9am and I might not go I would say he's in the middle of being responsible one day he is and one day he's not
SimplyTracie · 26-30, F
@Daniela27: Then I'd say no. It would be nice but the consequences could be really bad.
