My parents have never let me wear underwear

Is this normaI i have been raised to wear shorts all year and to go swimming in cold water I have done this since I was 2 years old it is to keep me healthy they also dont let me eat fast food only healthy food like salad I feel fine about it yes they very strict with me but I dont know any different.
