How to get someone to stop apologizing

Any suggestions on how to get someone to stop apologizing for the same thing over and over even after you accept their apology and try to assure them everything is okay. It doesn't matter how small the thing is or how big it is they react the same way everytime and it drives me crazy cause I feel bad they respond that way. So question is how do you stop a chronic apology person?

Tell them if they don't stop apologizing you'll be angry about that. Lol then hope they don't start apologizing for apologizing to much.
