should i tell my ex that i was pregnant?

I moved states about two months ago, and four months ago I miscarried my daughter. I had a name picked out and had already bought a little outfit and had planned out how I was gonna finish high school while raising her. I never told the father since she was conceived after we were broken up and it was just a one night stand. We've had legal issues to deal with since that night and didn't end on good terms. I've spoken to him once since I moved and it ended in an argument. He has ARF and isn't getting treatment for it so I'm not sure how much longer his life is gonna be. He's 18 and was 17 when she was conceived, I'm 16. I've been thinking about him and our daughter and that maybe he has a right to know. Should I tell him? Or should I just let things be? Please help.
