I am a “we have food at home” mom
However, since tonight is the last night with my kiddos before they go on a five week vacation with their dad when my oldest asked for McDonalds I said why not. It’s been ages since we have had them and it meant I didn’t have to cook or clean and we could just continue on with our Harry Potter slumber party.
The results are in:
My autistic child wanted nothing to do with jt (which I expected and already had a backup plan for him like always)
My son (the one who asked for it) loved every bit of it but he gets it a lot when he is with his dad
My daughter requested I make her a different burger because mommy’s are better.

Kitchens all cleaned and popcorn is almost done and we are about to start Harry Potter and the goblet of fire (my daughters favorite)
