I never put them on the trebuchet as a punishment.
It was purely for entertainment.
You really couldn't put a price it, the high pitched squeals, the dull thud, ...... The silence

More freedom, and be interactive. Growing up with fairly stern parents that didn't really have much interaction with me. Well now in my own life. I'm the opposite. I can be childish with the kiddo lol and play some games on pc or ps4. Watch a movie, sometimes I think parents should drop the parent act once in a while and get mentally on their child's level and have some interaction. Brings a lot more closeness and makes the kid feel more of a friend who can tell you anything. Most kids are afraid to tell parents things these days especially if it's a problem they are having. And acting more of a friend to your kid than a parent can solve that. My experience anyway

We gave our sons all the love we could. They didn't have everything they wanted, but they knew they were loved. They still do.

I don't really want any. It's not an easy thing to do and I'm not sure I can do it

I can give more time for my future kids. It is one of the best gift to give aside from love.

In most ways like them. They were awesome raising us, kind, loving, caring and compassionate.
