It blows my mind that I need a license to go fishing......catch and release with barbless hooks, but ANYONE can just have kids and screw them up for life. No training or license required.
Let me give this a little context. I was a foster parent before adopting my 4 kiddos. I've seen firsthand the damage unqualified parents can do to kids and it's not good. The fishing reference is just meant to show how screwed up social priorities really are.
