So up early! First time to be let down by a parent!

It didn’t take long for the parents of one of the girls who is among Chiara’s friends to let the group down. The rest of us have sorted out our lives to be able to share the school run needs of the group, but despite there being two parents and an older brother in the family, they can’t do their bit today and we are having to take up the slack.

I don’t know what they do in life, (they might have said but it’s not a thing that I would retain long) when you enter into an agreement you honour it longer than just a few weeks! It’s just as well I am working from home and I am available today. I’m in the office again tomorrow but it’s not going to affect my ensuring the girls get to school on time. If I have to be in early I text everyone to help me be early. There are facilities at the school.
