What’s a weird rule your family had growing up that you thought was totally normal… until you grew up?

@MrsRachelEvans Honestly I don't know. It was something my grandmother used to give my little sister and I at bed time when we slept at their house. Maybe it was laced with something to put us to sleep lol.
