My grandmother on my mom's side was a decrepit cunt who should have been put in prison for child abuse. My grandfather on moms side is equally a decrepit cunt. My aunt, his daughter, got various forms of cancer and died two years ago, suffering terribly. He didn't even show up to her deathbed.
My dad's side, my grandfather is a miserable, angry person who knows nothing. My grandmother on dad's side was very aloof and sort of cold. But at least i could call them grandparents. They were there, at least. And they did play a grandparenting role that wasn't bad. But grandma died 11 years ago, and hes been a mess ever since.
